I live in Michigan. What are the best mortgage companies to look into?

Originally went with quicken loans and had an incredibly bad experience.

  5. I recommend Rock Financial. I know several people who have used them and they were pleased with the service. They claim to be Michigan's largest mortgage company. I doubt they got to be the biggest by doing a bad job.
