Georgia Mortgage Program with no PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance)?

Does anyone know of any bank or government mortgage program for Georgia residents that waives PMI? I heard there are some that exist.

  1. If you are a disabled veteran the Veterans Administration will waive their funding fee (PMI). That is the only thing I know of. if you want more info on it go to http://www.vareficenter.com they have all kinds of info on that stuff.
