In Arizona, do local (State chartered) banks and credit unions still hold residential mortgages?

Do the local banks still hold the paper? Do they still hold the beneficial interest, i.e. the right to collect and keep the mortgage payments or else, if payments are not made, enforce default remediies? In other words, have local banls and credit unions sold all their loans or do they still own some?
