What is the starting pay for an HSBC Branch Manager?

I wanted to apply for a position with HSBC, but I am not sure that they pay decent for a Branch Manager. I have over 10 Years of mortgage experience as a Sales Manager, I just don't want my income to drop to entry level pay. I know most give you a base plus commission, but does anyone know the starting base in Missouri?
